Milk Chocolate filled with mascarpone ganache and coffee ganache with rum - contains alcohol. Più bella cosa non c'è : a layer of mascarpone enhanced with almond praline, white chocolate and genuine Bourbon vanilla, with a second, intense coffee choc-olate layer made from dark chocolate, a coffee couverture, freshly ground Zotter coffee from our in-house roastery and a generous dash of rum, coated top and bottom with a wafer-thin coffee couverture and covered all over in a fine milk chocolate coat with a 50% cacao content. Please note: These hand-scooped, filled chocolate bars contain fresh fillings. They don't need to be refrigerated, but the shelf life is limited. We guarantee a best-before date stamp of at least 2 months at arrival at your location. It can be more - 2 Months is just the minimum.
